Jumeirah Lake Towers - Dubai's 1st Mixed Use Free Zone: Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), the 200-hectare real estate development, near Sheikh Zayed Road in 'new' Dubai has been named a free zone, marking the creation of the first mixed-use free zone development in Dubai. Nakheel, the developer of JLT published the details of the law regulating the activities in the project recently, along with a new brand identity.
Jumeirah Lake Towers, a cluster of 79 buildings, caters to a series of businesses in Dubai and will include offices, hotels, restaurants and leisure facilities in addition to residential complexes.
